Born in Sicily (Italy) in November 1976.
Made my first reportage (local Holy Thursday cult procession) at age of 10 with my mother's Kodak Instamatic.
Sporadic reportages every now and then during teens with disposable cameras, then a total photographic imagery blackout.

In 2002 had the opportunity to borrow from a friend my first compact digital camera (a casio one). Made some artworks for the "SeaMonsters Theatre" project (a website, now dead) and artwork for Psycho Engaged "Empty EP" cd cover (italian indie psych/stoner rock).
Finally bought my first "personal" camera in 2005 (Kodak C340 compact digital).
Been published a shot on Repubblica.it motori gallery ("Rastamobile" - [link]).
Decided to take it seriously in 2008 and bought my first DSLR (Nikon D60) then my first (used) Film SLR (Nikon F80), then some lenses...
Made my first personal exhibition on July 2009 at Fahrenheit Wine Bar in Marsala (Italy): Six large print photos chosen from my photo archive depicting an allegory of nowadays life, featuring rich text captions in collaboration with italian philosopher C. Torrente and ambience sounds by Tks Dott. Gonzo.
Same exhibition was represented at Havana (a pub in Petrosino) during the "Se una notte d'Estate un Viaggiatore..." event (June 2011).
On fall 2011 I joined the Leica X1 Talent “24x36: One Camera, One Lens, One City” passing through two selections (ending between the first 240 out of initial 43000+ participants -

Lately I'm pondering about some personal projects involving ethnologic studies, human behaviour and contempt for modern society.
